Foundation laid to commence Hengyang Ritar Industrial Estate

A foundation was laid on the 3rd of September 2007 to commence construction of Ritar Power Non-ferrous Metal Downstream Processing Project at Songmu Industrial Estate, Hengyang, Hu’nan Province.
