To RITAR POWR We buying solar batteries for African markets since years, likes to share the following observations with you: Positive: -Very reactive knowledgeable staff, quick response, smooth communication -in case of warranty RITAR also fulfilled its obligations- highly appreciated -quality of branding, logo very good -smooth logistics/export handling and quick delivery of shipping documents -Letter from manufacturer for tenders are quickly done Negative Payment conditions! With Germany company Hoppecke for instance we have 30 days after delivery. As transit time to Africa is very long, up to 2 months for land-locked countries, payment before shipping stresses our liquidity. Note that we have suppliers from Turkey giving even 120 days. Service: RITAR’s customer service is very good. Our account manager – Sally Huang is exceptionally good in customer care. In fact, she is one of the best Customer Service persons that I have ever worked with. She is very prompt in her responses, very consistent, knowledgeable, honest, passionate, persistent, and care for her company and customer. Pricing: The price of RITAR batteries is slightly above market average. RITAR need to be more competitive to gain more market share. Their low quality and performance confuses customers and some loose trust to the Ritar Brand. We suggest that if there are any means we can get relief in prices that we expand our sales volume.
